There are moments when
pessimism floods your life,
every obstancle appears insurmountable,
every path leads to a dead end,
every disease appears incurable,
every foe invincible,
virtues seem non existent,
an opaque wall surrounds you blocking every ray of hope.
During these times of despair,if you are
weak enough to be overwhelmed by the pathogens of negativity,
and strong enough to indulge in self destruction,
A moment of insanity could wipe out life,
leaving the rest of the world to battle the pertinent question
"What caused this abrupt end ?"
Footnote: This is an attempt to imagine why people commit suicide.
Waves of thought flood the mind and recede without a trace of their visit. This journal is my attempt to capture a few of those waves which reach the shore. The entries symbolize my moments of victory in the battle against my strongest foe--Inertia

Tears..
A sign of weakness,
A feminine trait,
Synonymous with helplessness,
An extreme reaction to a situation,
Just a manifestation of emotion,
A way to raise TRPs,
Your opinion may be any of the above,
but you must agree ,
We are a rather imaginitive race,
Attributing so may qualities to lifeless droplets of water...
The tear flows down the cheek, oblivious to these perceptions,
And yet,we cling on to our perceptions,
unwilling to accomodate another's view.

The conversation flows like a river,
Each participant a stream,
Meandering around the many experiences,
Unfolding the story as it glides,
Springing new ideas and thoughts on its way,
Eroding assumptions and changing opinions,
The path of each stream so different, their journeys unique,
Each stream adds on to the river,
Each river to the sea of life,
Enriching it forever, as the donor stream flows unaware of its impact.
Part of our lives for a few hours,
blending their stream of experiences into our lives - The Stranger
