Perfect Circle!

Myriad ideas from around the world,

Fighting to find expression,
A single object, viewed in varied perspectives,
Creating a series of different images,
The unrestricted thought process of a diverse pool,
Translated by an eloquent tutor into perfect language constructs,
The distinction between the tutor and her students is blurred,
Lending linguistic structure to cognition,
To create a delightful symphony,
Involves the students, as much as it does the tutor.

Note: My thoughts as I observed an adult education class at Vision Literacy with  students from 6 different countries learning English. I am motivated to tutor and learn!

Susie,

Thank you for sharing your impressions of many people from differnt countries and cultures eager to learn the language and customs of America.

I join you in being inspired every time I vist the groups of adults in Sunnyvale, striving to change their lives through literacy.

Thanks so much for your perspecitve.
